Ashtavakra Gita 2.6

2.6 Janaka to Ashtavakra

yathaivekṣurase kḷptā tena vyāptaiva śarkarā | tathā viśvaṃ mayi kḷptaṃ mayā vyāptaṃ nirantaram ||

Just as sugar formed in sugarcane juice is wholly pervaded by that juice, so the universe formed in me is pervaded by me through and through.

Meaning today and context

Your awareness is present in every experience you have, sweet or bitter, the way the juice is in all the sugar. Nothing you meet is entirely outside you.

Janaka, newly awakened by Ashtavakra's teaching, uses the image of sugar in cane juice: the world is formed in him and wholly pervaded by him.
