Avadhuta Gita 5.14

5.14 Dattatreya

iha tattvanirantaratattvamiti na hi sandhivisandhivihīna iti | yadi sarvavivarjitasarvasamaṃ kimu rodiṣi mānasi sarvasamam ||

Here is reality, the unbroken reality; it cannot even be called 'without joining and separation'. If it is free of all, the same in all, why do you weep, O mind? All is one and the same.

Every description, even a negative one, falls short of what is real. That can be a relief: we don't have to get the words right to rest in it.

In chapter 5, Dattatreya speaks to his own mind with the refrain 'why do you weep?'; he says reality is the one unbroken truth, which cannot even be described as 'without joinings'.
