Bhagavad Gita 10.39

10.39 Krishna to Arjuna

yaccāpi sarvabhūtānāṃ bījaṃ tadahamarjuna | na tadasti vinā yatsyānmayā bhūtaṃ carācaram ||

Whatever is the seed of all beings, that I am, Arjuna. There is no being, moving or unmoving, that could exist without me.

Meaning today and context

Nothing exists cut off from the source. Seeing this, no being, however small or unwanted, is outside the sacred.

Krishna sums up: he is the seed of all beings, and nothing moving or unmoving can exist without him.
