Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 3.7.7

3.7.7 Yajnavalkya to Uddalaka Aruni

yo vāyau tiṣṭhanvāyorantaro yaṃ vāyurna veda yasya vāyuḥ śarīraṃ yo vāyumantaro yamayatyeṣa ta ātmāntaryāmyamṛtaḥ ||

He who dwells in wind yet is other than wind, whom wind does not know, whose body wind is, who controls wind from within: he is your self, the inner controller, the immortal.

The same refrain, now for wind: what rules a thing from within is not known by that thing. Repeating it across all of nature, the text widens the sense of self until it includes everything.

Brihadaranyaka 3.7.7. Yajnavalkya continues the refrain of the inner controller for Uddalaka Aruni, now naming wind.
