न तत्र रथा न रथयोगा न पन्थानो भवन्ति । अथ रथान्रथयोगान्पथः सृजते । न तत्रानन्दा मुदः प्रमुदो भवन्ति । अथानन्दान्मुदः प्रमुदः सृजते । न तत्र वेशान्ताः पुष्करिण्यः स्रवन्त्यो भवन्ति । अथ वेशान्तान्पुष्करिणीः स्रवन्तीः सृजते । स हि कर्ता ॥
na tatra rathā na rathayogā na panthāno bhavanti | atha rathānrathayogānpathaḥ sṛjate | na tatrānandā mudaḥ pramudo bhavanti | athānandānmudaḥ pramudaḥ sṛjate | na tatra veśāntāḥ puṣkariṇyaḥ sravantyo bhavanti | atha veśāntānpuṣkariṇīḥ sravantīḥ sṛjate | sa hi kartā ||
There are no chariots there, no teams, no roads; yet he creates chariots, teams and roads. There are no joys, pleasures or delights there; yet he creates joys, pleasures and delights. There are no ponds, lotus pools or streams there; yet he creates ponds, lotus pools and streams. For he is the maker.
वहाँ न रथ होते हैं, न रथ में जुते घोड़े, न रास्ते; फिर भी वह रथ, घोड़े और रास्ते रच लेता है। वहाँ न आनंद होते हैं, न खुशियाँ, न उल्लास; फिर भी वह आनंद, खुशियाँ और उल्लास रच लेता है। वहाँ न तालाब होते हैं, न कमल-सरोवर, न नदियाँ; फिर भी वह तालाब, सरोवर और नदियाँ रच लेता है। क्योंकि वही कर्ता है।
