Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 4.4.21

4.4.21 Yajnavalkya to Janaka

tameva dhīro vijñāya prajñāṃ kurvīta brāhmaṇaḥ | nānudhyāyādbahūñchabdānvāco viglāpanaṃ hi taditi ||

Knowing that alone, the wise seeker of Brahman should make it his understanding. He should not dwell on many words, for that is mere weariness of speech.

'Brahmin' here means one who knows Brahman, by conduct and understanding, never by birth.

Endless reading, debating and talking about spiritual ideas can replace living them. Once you have understood the point, let it sink in instead of piling on more words.

Brihadaranyaka 4.4.21. A verse: having known the self, the wise should cultivate insight and not get lost in many words.
