dharme tatparatā mukhe madhuratā dāne samutsāhatā | mitre'vaṃcakatā gurau vinayatā citte'tigambhīratā | ācāre śucitā guṇe rasikatā śāstreṣu vijñātṛtā | rūpe sundaratā śive bhajanatā tvayyasti bho rāghava ||
Devotion to dharma, sweetness in speech, eagerness in giving, sincerity toward friends, humility toward the teacher, great depth of mind, purity in conduct, appreciation of merit, deep knowledge of the scriptures, beauty of form, and devotion to Shiva: all this is in you, O Rāghava.
