Mandukya Upanishad 1.12

1.12 Upanishadic seer

amātraścaturtho'vyavahāryaḥ prapañcopaśamaḥ śivo'dvaitaḥ | evamoṃkāra ātmaiva | saṃviśatyātmanātmānaṃ ya evaṃ veda ||

The fourth is without measure, beyond all dealings, the stilling of the world, auspicious, non-dual. Thus Om is the Self itself. One who knows this enters the Self by the Self.

This is non-dual teaching about the nature of awareness. It is not a reason to neglect the body, family, work or treatment, and not a technique to replace care for one's mental health.

Meaning today and context

After a, u and m comes silence, and the Upanishad says that silence is the truest part of Om. Resting in the quiet after the sound, without reaching for anything, is a way of coming home to oneself.

The closing mantra: the fourth, without any measure, is the silence beyond a-u-m; Om is thus the Self itself, and the one who knows this enters the Self by the Self.
