य इदं नारदप्रोक्तं शिवानुशासनं विश्वसिति श्रद्धत्ते स भक्तिमान्भवति स प्रेष्ठं लभते स प्रेष्ठं लभत इति ॥
ya idaṃ nāradaproktaṃ śivānuśāsanaṃ viśvasiti śraddhatte sa bhaktimānbhavati sa preṣṭhaṃ labhate sa preṣṭhaṃ labhata iti ||
Whoever trusts and has faith in this auspicious teaching spoken by Narada becomes a devotee; he attains the dearest one, he attains the dearest one.
जो नारद द्वारा कहे गए इस कल्याणकारी उपदेश पर विश्वास और श्रद्धा करता है, वह भक्तिमान होता है, वह प्रियतम को पाता है, वह प्रियतम को पाता है।

The closing sūtra: whoever trusts and has faith in this teaching of Narada becomes a devotee and attains the Beloved. It speaks of Narada in the third person, as a closing blessing.
