The perishable is primal matter; the immortal, imperishable one is Hara. The one God rules over both the perishable and the self. By meditating on him, by joining with him, and by becoming his reality more and more, there is at last the ceasing of all illusion (māyā).
Meaning today and context
The way out of illusion is not a single insight but steady practice: dwelling on the divine, connecting to it, and slowly becoming like it. Over time, what deceived us loosens its grip.
The seer names the one God (Hara, a name of Rudra-Shiva) as ruler of both matter and soul, and gives the path: meditation, union and becoming one with his reality, until all illusion ceases.
