pṛthvyaptejo'nilakhe samutthite pañcātmake yogaguṇe pravṛtte | na tasya rogo na jarā na mṛtyuḥ prāptasya yogāgnimayaṃ śarīram ||
When earth, water, fire, air and space have arisen and the fivefold quality of yoga is at work, there is no sickness, no old age, no death for one who has gained a body made of the fire of yoga.
This describes what the text says yoga brings; it is not a medical claim. Yoga does not replace medical care, and no practice makes anyone immune to illness, ageing or death.
