dhārayanmayyahaṃtattve mano vaikārike'khilam | sarvendriyāṇāmātmatvaṃ prāptiṃ prāpnoti manmanāḥ ||
Holding the whole mind on me as the principle of I-ness in its sāttvika form, the one whose mind is on me gains prāpti: becoming the self of all the senses.
This verse states what the Bhāgavata claims about yogic powers (siddhis); it is not a feat to attempt or test, and it proves nothing about anyone. Be wary of anyone who sells, demonstrates or promises such powers, or asks for money or obedience in return. Krishna himself calls these powers obstacles that waste the seeker's time (UG.10.33).
Meaning today and context
This is part of the text's catalogue of yogic powers, not something anyone can do or demonstrate. What it shows is how the Bhāgavata ranks such powers: below devotion, and as a distraction from it.
Krishna gives the concentration for prāpti (reaching any object through the senses).
