mano mayi susaṃyojya dehaṃ tadanuvāyunā | maddhāraṇānubhāvena tatrātmā yatra vai manaḥ ||
Having joined the mind firmly to me, and the body to it by the vital breath, through the power of concentration on me the self goes wherever the mind goes.
This verse states what the Bhāgavata claims about yogic powers (siddhis); it is not a feat to attempt or test, and it proves nothing about anyone. Be wary of anyone who sells, demonstrates or promises such powers, or asks for money or obedience in return. Krishna himself calls these powers obstacles that waste the seeker's time (UG.10.33).
Meaning today and context
This is part of the text's catalogue of yogic powers, not something anyone can do or demonstrate. What it shows is how the Bhāgavata ranks such powers: below devotion, and as a distraction from it.
Krishna gives the concentration for moving with the speed of the mind.
