vihariṣyansurākrīḍe matsthaṃ sattvaṃ vibhāvayet | vimānenopatiṣṭhanti sattvavṛttīḥ surastriyaḥ ||
One who wishes to sport in the pleasure gardens of the gods should contemplate the pure sattva that rests in me; then celestial women, born of sattva, come to him in aerial chariots.
This verse states what the Bhāgavata claims about yogic powers (siddhis); it is not a feat to attempt or test, and it proves nothing about anyone. Be wary of anyone who sells, demonstrates or promises such powers, or asks for money or obedience in return. Krishna himself calls these powers obstacles that waste the seeker's time (UG.10.33). The celestial women here are a stock image of heavenly reward, not a view of women.

This is part of the text's catalogue of yogic powers, not something anyone can do or demonstrate. What it shows is how the Bhāgavata ranks such powers: below devotion, and as a distraction from it.
Krishna gives the concentration for sharing the sports of the gods.
