Uddhava Gita 10.27

10.27 Krishna to Uddhava

yo vai madbhāvamāpanna īśiturvaśituḥ pumān | kutaścinna vihanyeta tasya cājñā yathā mama ||

The person who has attained my state, that of the Ruler and Controller, is obstructed by nothing anywhere; his command, like mine, (is never thwarted).

This verse states what the Bhāgavata claims about yogic powers (siddhis); it is not a feat to attempt or test, and it proves nothing about anyone. Be wary of anyone who sells, demonstrates or promises such powers, or asks for money or obedience in return. Krishna himself calls these powers obstacles that waste the seeker's time (UG.10.33). Anyone who claims his commands carry divine authority is not to be obeyed for that reason.

Meaning today and context

This is part of the text's catalogue of yogic powers, not something anyone can do or demonstrate. What it shows is how the Bhāgavata ranks such powers: below devotion, and as a distraction from it.

Krishna gives the result of attaining his nature: unobstructed command and movement.
