siddhayo'ṣṭādaśa proktā dhāraṇā yogapāragaiḥ | tāsāmaṣṭau matpradhānā daśaiva guṇahetavaḥ ||
Masters of yoga have spoken of eighteen powers and as many concentrations. Of these, eight have me as their source; ten arise from the guṇas.
This verse states what the Bhāgavata claims about yogic powers (siddhis); it is not a feat to attempt or test, and it proves nothing about anyone. Be wary of anyone who sells, demonstrates or promises such powers, or asks for money or obedience in return. Krishna himself calls these powers obstacles that waste the seeker's time (UG.10.33).

This is part of the text's catalogue of yogic powers, not something anyone can do or demonstrate. What it shows is how the Bhāgavata ranks such powers: below devotion, and as a distraction from it.
Krishna begins the list: eighteen powers in all, eight resting in him and ten arising from the guṇas.
