śuśrūṣamāṇa ācāryaṃ sadopāsīta nīcavat | yānaśayyāsanasthānairnātidūre kṛtāñjaliḥ ||
Serving the teacher, he should always attend on him humbly, following him as he travels, rests, sits and stands, staying not too far off, with joined palms.
