तस्मात्सर्वात्मना तात निगृहाण मनो धिया । मय्यावेशितया युक्त एतावान्योगसङ्ग्रहः ॥
tasmātsarvātmanā tāta nigṛhāṇa mano dhiyā | mayyāveśitayā yukta etāvānyogasaṅgrahaḥ ||
Therefore, dear one, with your whole being restrain the mind by an understanding absorbed in me. Be united in this: this is the whole of yoga in brief.
