vanaṃ tu sāttviko vāso grāmo rājasa ucyate | tāmasaṃ dyūtasadanaṃ manniketaṃ tu nirguṇam ||
Living in the forest is sattvic, the village is said to be rajasic, the gambling house is tamasic; but my dwelling is beyond the guṇas.
