Uddhava Gita 23.31

23.31 Krishna to Uddhava

tiṣṭhantamāsīnamuta vrajantaṃ śayānamukṣantamadantamannam | svabhāvamanyatkimapīhamānamātmānamātmasthamatirna veda ||

One whose mind rests in the Self does not take note of the body, whether it stands, sits or walks, lies down, passes water, eats food, or does anything else by its nature.

This describes a state of absorption, not advice to ignore the body's needs; keep eating, resting and caring for your health.

Meaning today and context

When someone is deeply absorbed, daily activity happens without fuss or self-consciousness. Living from a settled centre makes ordinary tasks light.

Krishna to Uddhava (Bhagavata 11.28.31): one whose mind rests in the Self does not notice what the body is doing.
