शान्ता महान्तो निवसन्ति सन्तो । वसन्तवल्लोकहितं चरन्तः । तीर्णाः स्वयं भीमभवार्णवं जनान् । अहेतुनान्यानपि तारयन्तः ॥
śāntā mahānto nivasanti santo | vasantavallokahitaṃ carantaḥ | tīrṇāḥ svayaṃ bhīmabhavārṇavaṃ janān | ahetunānyānapi tārayantaḥ ||
Peaceful, great and good souls live in the world, doing good to people like the spring season; having themselves crossed the fearsome ocean of becoming, they help others to cross as well, with no motive of their own.
शान्त, महान सन्त लोग वसन्त ऋतु की तरह लोकहित करते हुए संसार में रहते हैं; स्वयं भयंकर भव-सागर को पार करके, वे बिना किसी स्वार्थ के दूसरों को भी पार कराते हैं।
