त्रिविधाः पुरुषा राजन्नुत्तमाधममध्यमाः । नियोजयेद्यथावत्तांस्त्रिविधेष्वेव कर्मसु ॥
trividhāḥ puruṣā rājannuttamādhamamadhyamāḥ | niyojayedyathāvattāṃstrividheṣveva karmasu ||
There are three kinds of people, O king: the best, the lowest and the middling. One should employ them fittingly in the three corresponding kinds of work.
