गतिरात्मवतां सन्तः सन्त एव सतां गतिः । असतां च गतिः सन्तो न त्वसन्तः सतां गतिः ॥
gatirātmavatāṃ santaḥ santa eva satāṃ gatiḥ | asatāṃ ca gatiḥ santo na tvasantaḥ satāṃ gatiḥ ||
The good are the refuge of the self-controlled; the good alone are the refuge of the good. The good are the refuge even of the wicked, but the wicked are never the refuge of the good.
