कृत्यानि पूर्वं परिसंख्याय सर्वाण्यायव्ययावनुरूपां च वृत्तिम् । संगृह्णीयादनुरूपान्सहायान्सहायसाध्यानि हि दुष्कराणि ॥
kṛtyāni pūrvaṃ parisaṃkhyāya sarvāṇyāyavyayāvanurūpāṃ ca vṛttim | saṃgṛhṇīyādanurūpānsahāyānsahāyasādhyāni hi duṣkarāṇi ||
First reckon all the tasks to be done, and income and expenditure, and fitting wages; then gather suitable helpers, for difficult things are achieved with helpers.
