sthānavṛddhikṣayajñasya ṣāḍguṇyaviditātmanaḥ | anavajñātaśīlasya svādhīnā pṛthivī nṛpa ||
For the king who knows when he is holding steady, growing or declining, who has mastered the six measures of policy, and whose conduct is not held in contempt, the earth is under his own control.
