नाभिचक्रे कायव्यूहज्ञानम् ॥
nābhicakre kāyavyūhajñānam ||
On the navel wheel, knowledge of the arrangement of the body.
नाभिचक्र पर (संयम से) शरीर की रचना का ज्ञान होता है।
This sūtra states what the text claims follows from saṃyama; it is not a feat to attempt or test, and it proves nothing about anyone. Be wary of anyone who sells, demonstrates or promises such powers, or asks for money or obedience in return. Patanjali himself calls these powers obstacles to samādhi (3.37).
