3.45 Patanjali

tato'ṇimādiprādurbhāvaḥ kāyasaṃpattaddharmānabhighātaśca ||

From that, the appearance of [powers like] minuteness, perfection of the body, and freedom from obstruction by the properties [of the elements].

This sūtra states what the text claims follows from saṃyama; it is not a feat to attempt or test, and it proves nothing about anyone. Be wary of anyone who sells, demonstrates or promises such powers, or asks for money or obedience in return. Patanjali himself calls these powers obstacles to samādhi (3.37).

This is the text's claim. The 'eight siddhis' such as becoming tiny are not feats anyone can show.

Part of the list of powers (vibhūti) that Patanjali says follow from saṃyama.
