rūpalāvaṇyabalavajrasaṃhananatvāni kāyasaṃpat ||
Beauty, grace, strength and diamond-hard firmness are perfection of the body.
This sūtra states what the text claims follows from saṃyama; it is not a feat to attempt or test, and it proves nothing about anyone. Be wary of anyone who sells, demonstrates or promises such powers, or asks for money or obedience in return. Patanjali himself calls these powers obstacles to samādhi (3.37). Be wary of products or courses that promise beauty or an unbreakable body through yoga.
