Chandogya Upanishad 6.6.5

6.6.5 Uddalaka Aruni to Shvetaketu

annamayaṃ hi somya manaḥ | āpomayaḥ prāṇaḥ | tejomayī vāgiti | bhūya eva mā bhagavānvijñāpayatviti | tathā somyeti hovāca ||

"For the mind, my dear, is made of food; breath is made of water; speech is made of heat." "Please, sir, teach me still more." "Very well, my dear," he said.

The same lesson repeated shows how deep teaching works: one point, from many sides, until it lands. Next the father will let his son test it on himself.

Chandogya 6.6.5: the same summary as 6.5.4; Śvetaketu asks for more and his father agrees.
