येषां राज्ञा सह स्यातामुच्चयापचयौ ध्रुवम् । अमात्या इति तान्राजा नावमन्येत्कदाचन ॥
yeṣāṃ rājñā saha syātāmuccayāpacayau dhruvam | amātyā iti tānrājā nāvamanyetkadācana ||
Those whose rise and fall surely go together with the king's: "they are only ministers", the king should never think, and never slight them.
