vyāla-grāhī yathā vyālaṃ balāduddharate bilāt | tadvadbhartāramādāya svarga-loke mahīyate ||

As a snake-catcher forcibly draws a snake out of its hole, so she, taking her husband with her, is honoured in the world of heaven.

This verse glorifies sati (a widow dying on her husband's pyre), which is a crime and a grave wrong; here a deceiving character says it in a fable. It must never be read as praise of dying after a loss. If you or someone you know is thinking of ending their life, call Tele-MANAS 14416.
