yo yatra kuśalaḥ kārye taṃ tatra viniyojayet | karmasvadṛṣṭa-karmā yaḥ śāstrajño'pi vimuhyati ||
Whoever is skilled at a task, appoint him to that task. One who has never seen the work done is confused by it, even if he knows the books.
