skandhopaneyaḥ sandhiśca ṣoḍaśaḥ parikīrtitaḥ | iti ṣoḍaśakaṃ prāhuḥ sandhiṃ sandhi-vicakṣaṇāḥ ||
and the skandhopaneya treaty is declared the sixteenth. Thus those skilled in treaties speak of sixteen kinds of peace.
