कायः संनिहितापायः सम्पदः पदमापदाम् । समागमाः सापगमाः सर्वमुत्पादि भङ्गुरम् ॥
kāyaḥ saṃnihitāpāyaḥ sampadaḥ padamāpadām | samāgamāḥ sāpagamāḥ sarvamutpādi bhaṅguram ||
The body has its ruin always near; prosperity is the very home of misfortune; meetings carry their partings with them: everything that comes into being is fragile.
