शास्त्रं यदि भवेदेकं व्यक्तं श्रेयो भवेत्तदा । शास्त्रैश्च बहुभिर्भूयः श्रेयो गुह्यं प्रवेशितम् ॥
śāstraṃ yadi bhavedekaṃ vyaktaṃ śreyo bhavettadā | śāstraiśca bahubhirbhūyaḥ śreyo guhyaṃ praveśitam ||
If there were one scripture, the good would then be clear. But through many scriptures the good has been pushed deeper into hiding.
