वेदस्योपनिषत्सत्यं सत्यस्योपनिषद्दमः । दमस्योपनिषन्मोक्ष एतत्सर्वानुशासनम् ॥
vedasyopaniṣatsatyaṃ satyasyopaniṣaddamaḥ | damasyopaniṣanmokṣa etatsarvānuśāsanam ||
The secret essence of the Veda is truth; the essence of truth is self-control; the essence of self-control is freedom. This is the whole of the teaching.
वेद का सार सत्य है, सत्य का सार दम (संयम) है, और दम का सार मोक्ष है। यही सम्पूर्ण उपदेश है।
